MND is embarking on our Future Workplace Transformation, to create a stronger, more flexible, and adaptable organisation, an agile and nimble workforce, and a collaborative and joyful workplace. We are redesigning our workplace experience, to shape a more attractive and empowering environment for our workforce, while building a culture of collaboration and innovation.
The last major renovation for the MND Complex was conducted in 1991, and a comprehensive refresh of the building infrastructure is needed, to ensure that the MND Complex continues to be sustainable and relevant for its remaining lifespan, to our officers and tenants. The enhancement works to the MND Complex will also contribute tangibly to broader planning and sustainability objectives, including enhancing connectivity and porosity within the surrounding neighbourhood, leveraging open spaces for greenery and activation and contribute towards sustainable development.
