What you will be working on
Healthcare manpower is the cornerstone of a robust, efficient and safe healthcare system. You will work with key stakeholders to co-create innovative solutions to recruit and attract locals and foreigners into the public healthcare sector. These include designing attractive scholarships/sponsorships and training grants to attract fresh graduates or mid-careerists to develop a career in healthcare and ensuring proper fund governance to assure return on investment.
What we are looking for
• Tertiary education preferably in human resource or healthcare fields
• Dynamic and motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative in developing new attraction and recruitment approaches and strategies
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders
• Strong writing skills, meticulous and responsible
• Team player
• Prior experience in human resource recruitment / attraction would be an added advantage.
