What you will be working on

• Support the development of new policy initiatives for registry functions, helping to translate policy requirements into practical operations workflows. This includes working with internal and external teams to understand policy needs and develop suitable implementation approaches that work for ACRA. • Lead end-to-end product development by translating policy requirements into user-centric digital solutions, managing the product lifecycle from ideation to implementation while coordinating across policy, technology, and operations teams. • Design and implement streamlined processes arising from new policies/legislation, ensuring effective integration workflows into existing processes with clear adoption guidelines. • Oversee procurement documentation and vendor management, including developing and maintaining comprehensive tender specifications, contracts, and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) that clearly define project requirements and expectations. • Implement stakeholder engagement plans to gather feedback on existing or new services which includes organising and facilitating the engagement sessions, consolidating and evaluating feedback and findings, giving recommendations and closing the loop with participants. • Drive successful organisation changes through structured change management approaches, communication, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and smooth transition to new processes and systems while maintaining operational continuity.

What we are looking for

• Min 5 years of prior experience in Policy and Planning role • Able to quickly grasp and map operational processes and interdependencies across different business domains • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Familiar with Government Procurement process • Strong Project Management skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Able to understand business requirements for e-Services and digital solutions quickly • Familiar with Service Delivery concepts
