[What you will be working on]
Design, implement and organise arts-related activities/programmes/events for the NYP student population. He/she will be required to guide student leaders to ensure that learning outcomes are identified and met. He/she will also need to provide proper guidance when executing an event. Supervise and mentor student leaders in Arts CCAs. This includes working with instructors and student leaders, reviewing training plans to ensure that students are receiving proper training to excel in their CCAs. Liaising with industry partners and external stakeholders to explore potential collaboration to expose the Arts CCAs to larger platforms and gain field experience. Perform general administrative duties and related procurement functions for the department.

Working with students: Positive, nurturing and enjoy working with students. Good leadership qualities, ability to effectively communicate in a professional, diplomatic, empathetic, and tactful manner applicable to the job.
Passion for Arts and Culture: An education in arts management, or experience in music/performing arts/involvement in large-scale arts events would be advantageous.
Event Management: Meticulous with strong operational and administrative skills, and ability to multi-task, work under pressure, seek new ways to do new things.
Communication: Fluent in both written and spoken communication, with experience in social media marketing.
