Reporting to the Director, you will oversee the formulation and implementation of the multi-year Digital Health Master Plan and MOH workplans, as well as development of policies and strategic plans for National Digital Health Systems. These include determining the roles and envisioned outcomes of these systems within healthcare, future development roadmaps to meet evolving business and user needs, and legislative policies for the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR) system. We are seeking motivated and independent individuals who have the passion to learn, grow and contribute at the intersection of Infocomm Technology (IT) and healthcare.

What you will be working on
You will lead and be part of a team to:
• Drive Digital Health strategies and translate them into actionable plans and policy recommendations.
• Drive efforts to establish policy and programme principles and frameworks, including developing appropriate support measures.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to translate policy/ business objectives into smooth development and operationalisation of relevant systems/ platforms.
• Work with IT delivery teams to implement digital strategies and systems, and monitor and report implementation progress as necessary.
• Identify challenges and manage priorities and changes that may impact delivery of strategic plans and their intended outcomes.
• Engage and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee secretariat teams to Digital Health Forums where strategies and plans for the sector will be discussed, including coordinating the forward agenda of these forums.
What we are looking for
Work Experience, Competencies and Personal Traits
• Tertiary education preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics or Healthcare related fields.
• A high level of computer literacy.
• Prior experience in strategic planning, technology planning or policy development and implementation and/ or roll-out of major IT projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge in project management and stakeholder engagement, with preferably more than 10 years' relevant experience in consulting, project management, or IT/technology planning.
• Demonstrated ability of effective communication (both verbal and written) skills to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
• Able to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
• Able to supervise and lead multiple teams.
• Candidates with relevant experiences in the healthcare or public sector are preferred.
