The intern will support in the following:
1) Scoping of study and research questions through literature scan of current and emerging attitudes towards housing and relocation in Singapore across different resident demographics
2) Engagement of partner agencies on areas of interest to be covered in study
3) Working closely with academic experts to build on/ calibrate pilot methodology developed by CLC for deriving future social archetypes of residents.
4) Concurrently documenting methodology along with other Social Behavioural Sciences (SBS) methods and case studies applied to the build environment as part of CLC SBS toolkit publication for the I&E sector

• Background in social sciences, economics or fore sighting/futures stream of study would be beneficial
• Ability to appreciate policies in the area of housing and public sentiments and preferences towards these.
• Familiar with survey design and comfortable with data analysis.
Internship Period Requirements
• Period of Internship: May to Dec 2025 (minimum commitment of 3 months).
