You will drive engagement strategy with internal stakeholders to promulgate EMA’s digital transformation strategy for EMA. You will leverage agile, data-driven, data technologies and AI to develop integrated and innovative solutions to transform EMA’s work processes and meet EMA’s strategic goals against the backdrop of an evolving energy landscape. You will lead key transformation projects to improve operational efficiency, build internal capabilities, and enhance citizen and stakeholder engagements for EMA. Responsibilities:
- Lead innovation campaigns and hackathons for crowdsourcing of ideas and solutions, to foster grounds-up innovative culture within the organisation.
- Project management to ensure identified transformation projects are developed with comprehensive project implementation plan, on budget and in a timely manner.
- Stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment of expectations and objectives across multiple departments or divisions. This includes user journey development, change management, education and awareness building.
- Lead cross-function teams to develop proof-of-concept (POC) and implement AI or digital solutions for identified transformation projects.
- Provide technical expertise on the technical feasibility of various solutions and drafting of required specifications for identified transformation projects.
- Identify and collaborate with external partners and experts on project lifecycle from research and development to deployment of POCs or productionised solutions.
- Stay updated and contributed to the latest advancements in digital and data tools and technologies, applying new findings to ongoing projects or use cases.
Requirements:
- Education in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines with substantial quantitative content.
- Relevant working experience, especially in driving transformation or digital projects. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- People-oriented personality with the ability to create positive and supportive collaborations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills with clear communications (both verbal and written) are critical for this position.
