What the role is
What you will be working on
As part of LTA’s dynamic team that develops and professionalises the local railway workforce, you will work closely with LTA subject matter experts and external partners on the development and enhancement of the training programmes, with a focus on the use of e-learning method. This will include working with trainers to structure the requirement for e-learning, planning and managing e-learning development and deployment project, storyboarding and managing Learning Management Systems, authoring industry-compliant (such as SCORM) e-learning courseware (using tools like Articulate, etc.), conducting user acceptance tests, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning. In addition, you will be involved in facilitating meetings and workshops, analysing, recommending and developing innovative instructional solutions to meet a variety of training needs and learning styles, through the use of latest technologies (e.g. AR, VR), grounded in sound approaches to pedagogy and andragogy, and managing the delivery of training and assessment efficiently and effectively.
What we are looking for
• Prior working experience in e-learning content, working tools, or instructional design is preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, presentation, communication, coordination and interpersonal skills with attention to details
• Team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Have a passion for urban rail system and engineering issues
