Implements volunteer recruitment, engagement and retention strategies to build and maintain a strong pool of M3 volunteers across all M3@Towns.
Coordinates volunteer deployment for Project Dian programmes at M3@Towns, ensuring effective matching, tracking and scheduling of volunteers for meaningful engagement with beneficiaries.
Works with training providers to develop and implement structured volunteer training programmes and orientation sessions to enhance volunteer capabilities.
Organises volunteer recognition, capability building sessions and networking platforms to maintain volunteer motivation and strengthen bonds between volunteers and Project Dian families.
Manages volunteer database and tracking systems to monitor volunteer participation, engagement levels and programme effectiveness across M3 initiatives
Works closely with M3@Towns officers and stakeholders to support volunteer retention and ensure consistent deployment approaches across locations.
Performs other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Knowledge & Skills
Minimum : Significant extracurricular involvement and/or leadership and organising community programmes/projects
Desired : Experience working with volunteers, Grassroots Organisations, M³ agencies, Malay/Muslim Organisations, social service sector
