What the role is

You lead a team managing NSmen's deferment and call-up matters while ensuring professional and empathetic service delivery.

What you will be working on

- Analyse service trends - Collaborate with partners to improve policy implementation - Streamline workflows for optimal service delivery and operational efficiency - Supervise the acknowledgment of call-ups from NSmen - Ensure the team handles deferment cases professionally and empathetically while adhering to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Challenge(s) - Analysing data for management decisions - Navigating compliance requirements - Obtaining stakeholder buy-in for digitalisation initiatives

What we are looking for
