You drive the Operations Support Information Technology (OSIT) Business Processes Redesigning (BPR) reviews and implementation while managing the procurement, accounting and equipping of laptops for the Army. You also oversee eight Army IT Concierges to ensure the excellence and consistency in OSIT service delivery across all Army Camps.

What the role is
What you will be working on
- Manage centralised laptop procurement
- Oversee equipment accounting and auditing
- Plan, coordinate and execute the timely refresh or redeployment of laptops
- Facilitate and execute laptop deployments
- Supervise IT Concierge teams
- Manage OSIT service accounts
- Manage the disposal of obsoleted OSIT devices and network equipment
Challenge(s)
- Ensuring high standards of IT support while managing end-user expectations for fast and efficient service
- Ensuring IT support aligns with cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements
- Bridging the gap between IT teams and business leaders
- Leading a team of IT professionals while also managing client expectations
What we are looking for
- Education in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems
- At least 3 years of working experience in organisation planning and development, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Network Configuration Management or Resource Planning and Management is advantageous
