What the role is

You support the sustainability of developed Pro-code products and play an important role in managing the product's operational stability, regulatory compliance and overall performance.

What you will be working on

- Manage Pro-Code product's operational stability, regulatory compliance and overall performance including attendant requirements in vendor management - Address system updates arising from changes in product features and hosting infrastructure - Manage service delivery requests and collaborate with external entities to develop technical proposals in accordance with sustainment requirements Challenge(s) - Understanding MINDEF IT compliance policies - Collaborating closely with external entities via various professional capacities

What we are looking for

- Education in Computer Science, IT management, Cyber Security and/or development/data related certifications or equivalent - At least 3 years of experience in IT compliance, cybersecurity or systems operations - Experience working in a government regulated environment is advantageous Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
