What the role is
What you will be working on
- Manage equipment accounting and auditing of laptops
- Plan, coordinate and execute the timely refresh or redeployment of laptops
- Facilitate and execute laptop deployments
- Manage the disposal of obsoleted OSIT devices and network equipment
- Oversee the development of IT Concierge
Challenge(s)
- Ensuring high standards of IT support while managing end-user expectations for fast and efficient service
- Ensuring IT support aligns with cyber security policies and regulatory requirements
What we are looking for
- Preferably with at least 5 years in relevant field
- Education in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems
- Ability to engage the various stakeholders
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
