What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be part of a dynamic team maintaining land under SLA’s purview. Your responsibilities will include:
Addressing and attending to public feedback on land maintenance related matters.
Consulting and coordinating with various Government agencies on the proposals to use land managed by SLA.
Issuing Temporary Occupation Licence for the use of vacant land.
Liaising and coordinating with Licensees to ensure compliance to the terms and conditions of use.
Planning and conducting site inspections for the land under your charge to ensure proper maintenance and to prevent unauthorised use of the land.
Working closely with other Government agencies, contractors, and other service providers to ensure municipal issues are promptly attended to and resolved.
Administering land and maintenance policies and financial transaction matters.
Verifying land ownership, updating land records, data and other land related information.
Improving work processes through creative & innovative thinking
What we are looking for
A good team player who is meticulous, resourceful and a passion for service delivery.
Strong analytical, data processing, communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech savvy and ability to think out-of-the-box.
Having relevant technical background and/or experience in Facilities/ Estates/ Environmental Management would be advantageous.
