What the role is
What you will be working on
The responsibilities include:
• Design and oversee the implementation of robust research and data collection methodologies.
• Evaluate and improve existing methodologies, ensuring they align with current best practices and organizational goals.
• Lead methodological innovation to enhance the efficiency and impact of research initiatives.
• Provide expert consultation to project teams on sampling, survey design, data collection, and statistical analysis.
• Ensure quality control processes are in place for research outputs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define methodological standards.
• Stay current with emerging trends in research methodology, data science, and analytics.
• Publish or present findings related to methodological advancements.
What we are looking for
• Advanced degree in statistics, research methodology, social sciences, data science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in research or applied statistics, including leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, Stata).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of methodological innovation and implementation.
