• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders through various communication channels, including correspondence, telephone, and in-person interviews, ensuring prompt and professional interaction.
• Conduct triage of incoming information, ensuring efficient and accurate processing by assessing, categorizing, and determining the urgency and relevance of the data for appropriate follow-up actions.
• Preparing comprehensive briefing notes for case discussions during weekly panels, ensuring clear presentation of key details to support informed decision-making.
• Manage administrative tasks for Invalid Address cases, including:
o Triage cases involving invalid addresses and ensure proper registration in the CMS system.
o Screen entities via BizFile+ and other relevant platforms to verify address accuracy and integrity.
o Perform in-depth screenings of officers affiliated with entities to ensure compliance and validity of their details.
o Communicate directly with entity officers to notify them of the necessity to update their registered office (RO) address.
o Draft and dispatch formal notifications to both the RO and residential addresses of entity officers, requesting address updates.
• Assist with ad-hoc staff duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

• Strong analytical acumen with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thorough evaluation of case materials.
• Strategic and tactful planner, capable of developing and executing effective case assessment methods for thorough analysis and decision-making.
• Resourceful and self motivated, able to work independently to meet deadlines and deliver results.
