What the role is

We are seeking a proactive, organised Personal Assistant cum Executive to support our leadership team. You will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate executive-level responsibilities, and serve as a key liaison between the internal/external stakeholders.

What you will be working on

Key responsibilities include: • Manage schedules for 2 HODs and ensure proper prioritisation • Coordinate regular meetings for divisions • Oversee administrative tasks, including division’s budget • Provide other general support when necessary • International scans of workforce development practices, and where Singapore can learn best practices

What we are looking for

Organisational skills: Ability to manage schedules, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Time Management: Effectively managing time and deadlines, including multitasking without compromising quality Attention to Detail: Ensuring tasks are completed accurately Communication Skills: Managing interactions with stakeholders, addressing queries, when necessary Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with office software, including MS Outlook Others: Conducting literature reviews, data collection and analysis, clear communication of research findings, both in written and verbal formats All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
