What the role is

What you will be working on:
Examine current construction processes and methods to establish areas for enhancements.
Scan for suitable technology, including robotics and automation, which can improve construction productivity.
Collect and analyse work sites’ manpower data to support the process re-engineering study and technology scan.
Integrate roposed solutions into a structured framework for adoption.
Communicate and engage relevant industry stakeholders to ignite interest and garner buy-in for adoption of proposed solutions.
What we are looking for:
At least three years of experience working on construction projects, preferably in the capacity of a design consultant, project / construction manager or main contractor.
A bachelor’s degree in construction / project management, architecture, engineering, or other BE-related disciplines (knowledge / expertise in Lean Construction and analytics software will be an advantage).
Is resourceful, able to work well independently and in a team; and have a positive mindset, ready to tread in uncharted waters.
