What the role is

Be an integral part of the International Relations team in facilitating outbound and inbound overseas programmes

 [What you will be working on]

  • Part of a dynamic team working with key stakeholders to ensure outbound and inbound overseas programmes proceed smoothly

  • Work closely across various departments to manage the procurement of Overseas Education and Learning Trips to ASEAN, China and India

  • Liaise with appointed vendors to facilitate the operations and logistics of outbound and inbound visits and programmes.

  • Manage financial related matters such as clearing of invoices, payment processing etc.

  • Assist in the budget, statistics and reports for management reporting

  • Contribute to other job-related tasks or projects as assigned

  • Detailed and possesses strong analytical skills

  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • A team player with a strong service-oriented mindset

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

  • Self-directed learner with passion for continuous learning and improvement
