What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be providing support to ensure smooth daily operations of the road tax team. As part of the role, you will need to verify information to prepare and issue Court notices accurately. You are also required to manage feedback from public and internal stakeholders. You need to be meticulous as you will be involved in the checking and verification of records across various systems, collating and reporting of daily statistics.
What we are looking for
• Diploma in any discipline
• Candidates with other qualifications and relevant working experience will be considered
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently and be a team player
• An eye for detail and the ability to multi-task while being meticulous
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
