You lead curriculum development and military education at the Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College (GKS CSC), specialising in SAF/Land operations and Division/Brigade-level operational planning.

- Conduct curriculum review of exercise, lessons, discussions and specified college events - Lead map planning sessions and wargame exercises - Write commentaries, opinions, think-pieces on global security, military affairs, technological developments or any other topic of interest - Train, coach, mentor and develop the professional knowledge and skills of the SAF Officers Challenge(s) - Shaping future military leaders - Maintaining current military knowledge
