What the role is

You oversee and drive implementation of “Integrated Operations Centre” concept for new MINDEF infrastructure projects.

What you will be working on

- Plan and implement smart building systems to manage security infrastructure and facilities management - Coordinate Operations Support Information Technology (OSIT) requirements Drive technological integration Challenge(s) - Managing complex systems integration - Coordinating multiple stakeholders - Navigating technological change

What we are looking for

- Education in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or IT Systems is preferred - At least 6 years of experience and supervisory experience in IT systems, building systems or facilities management - Project management expertise - Effective leadership and organisational skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Strong desire for agile and continual improvement - Keen sense of conceptualisation and communication and goal-oriented - Technologically savvy and knowledgeable of the latest and relevant smart nation initiatives. - Comfortable in dealing with complexity and ambiguity Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
