What the role is

You are responsible for managing training development needs, designing training curriculum and developing instructional materials.

What you will be working on

- Design realistic, integrated training to enable development of the unit's competencies - Plan, coordinate and design the Training Institute's activities to achieve defined objectives - Forecast resource requirements - Conduct training sessions to provide realism Challenge(s) - Managing high-tempo environment - Being cognisant of latest and evolving developments in training curriculum and doctrine

What we are looking for

- At least 6 years of experience in curriculum development, training design or related areas - Strong management and leadership abilities - Strong communication skills - Ability to work for extended periods in outfield You may be required to travel overseas for work.
