What the role is

Within the Ministry of Law (MinLaw) Human Resource (HR) Division, you will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and improving HR processes through digital transformation initiatives. This role is central to achieving our vision of a lean, agile, and digital HR environment. You will design and implement digital solutions, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Visual Basic (VB) scripting, to streamline HR functions, particularly in Talent Acquisition.

What you will be working on

1. Propose, implement and test digital solutions to support HR functions, particularly in Talent Acquisition, and assess their impact on efficiency, process improvement, and user-friendly interfaces. 2. Engage with end-users (e.g., HR officers and other MinLaw officers) to gather feedback on digital tools and encourage user adoption. 3. Gather technology needs of the HR functional teams and explore digital tools that align with MinLaw's current and future needs, focusing on technologies such as RPA, AI, and VB scripting. 4. Conduct a review of HR best practices in other agencies and identify those that could enhance efficiency and streamline operations for potential adoption. 5. Support a culture of digital innovation within HRD by contributing to the review of existing standard operating procedures, HR systems, and processes. Evaluate the potential of incorporating new technology solutions for HR process improvement.

Candidates with hands-on experience with SAP, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and Microsoft CoPilot will be an advantage. • Familiar with design thinking or UI/UX principles is a bonus. • Some experience in change management and supporting the adoption of new technologies. • Good time and project management skills. • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to suggest practical solutions. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. • A motivated individual with an interest in digitalisation efforts in HR functions. #LI-SW1
