Social Support Group (SSP) oversees the planning and delivery of social services for low-income and vulnerable groups. The ComCare Ops Policy unit within Operations Planning Division oversees the operations policies of ComCare financial assistance schemes.

You will be working with the team on the following: • Development and review of operations policies to guide operations of financial assistance schemes in line with policy intent. • Engagement of stakeholders to understand clients’ current and emerging needs for the development and review of operations policies. • Transformation of operations policies to achieve better social assistance delivery and outcomes for clients.

Requirements: • Relevant working experience in developing operations policies. • Strong analytical skills, clarity and flexibility of thought. • Able to write and communicate clearly, with good interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently and be a good team player. • This is a supervisory role, overseeing a team of officers. 2-3 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
