• Development and review of operations policies to guide operations of financial assistance schemes in line with policy intent.
• Engagement of stakeholders to understand clients’ current and emerging needs for the development and review of operations policies.
• Transformation of operations policies to achieve better social assistance delivery and outcomes for clients.
