What you will be working on
Market Research & NYP360 Program Development
- Conduct market research to identify industry transformation trends and learner developmental needs, using insights to shape new NYP360 program offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to develop value-driven NYP360 solution packages that align with companies' strategic objectives and development roadmaps
- Understanding broad market needs to develop and launch mass NYP360 products.
Integrated Business Development
- Packaging and promoting the NYP360 products for organisations’ adoption.
- Drive sales of NYP360's end-to-end transformation solutions, encompassing projects and CET programs
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue targets using NYP360 products
Stakeholder & Partnership Management.
- Coordinate with various NYP schools and centres to create customised solution packages
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across client organisations
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance the comprehensive solution offering
Customer Relationship Management System management and administration
- Serves as administrator for NYP’s CRM system, managing user access
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendor for maintenance
- Manage service level agreements and performance metrics
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provides level-one support to users
What we are looking for
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in business development, program management, or a related field, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
