What the role is

You support the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) citizen developers for Low-Code products and play an important role in managing the centre of excellence to enable, proliferate and regulate development efforts.

What you will be working on

- Manage Low-Code centre of excellence to enable, proliferate and regulate development efforts by RSN citizen developers - Ensure upskilling demands for Low-Code development are met and manage unified support services from industry partners - Establish governance policies and best practices for Low-Code development - Create outreach avenues across the RSN to provide engagement on Low-Code subjects and product capabilities Challenge(s) - Keeping up to date with the latest competencies, industry best practices and determine which are fit for adoption within the RSN context

What we are looking for

- Education in Business Administration, Corporate Communications or equivalent - At least 3 years of experience in centres of excellence for digital development with familiarity in internal communications and agile software development methodology such as Scrum framework or equivalent Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
