What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in Training & Learning Development is preferred
- Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics
- Logical mind to draw conclusions from data and recommend solutions
- Experience in Armour training, curriculum development is advantageous
- Technology savvy
- Good analytical skills
