What the role is
What you will be working on
• Procure, track and manage equipment, hardware, software and services for our Construction Project Management and related functions
• Monitor and manage our contracts and vendors
• Coordinate and check purchase orders and payments
• Ensure compliance and governance according to prevailing ICT and Finance regulations, including Third Party Management
• Administer and review security access of key systems
• Work with stakeholders on systems renewal and migration
• Compile reports, work on corporate write-ups, submission papers and conduct briefings
• Provide administrative support for Group Operations including managing feedback through our Correspondence Management System and ad-hoc collation
What we are looking for
You should possess a good background in any discipline, have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, be analytical, self-motivated and an effective team player. You should be IT savvy and proficient in productivity digital tools.
