We are seeking an individual to support WSG’s digital transformation efforts on a 1-year temporary contract.

What the role is
What you will be working on
1. Ensure timely submission and conduct initial review of monthly reports related to Whole-of-Government (WoG) ICT services.
2. Oversee the management and performance of the outsourced End-User Support Services (EUSS) vendor.
3. Manage and coordinate VIP IT support services to ensure high service standards.
4. Verify and trace invoices associated with WoG ICT services to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Monitor, track, and verify IT assets and software licenses to maintain proper inventory and licensing standards.
6. Plan and provision IT work tools and equipment for agency staff, based on operational requirements.
7. Liaise with relevant WoG service providers to support ongoing operations and manage escalations effectively.
What we are looking for
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
• Possess knowledge in Information Technology or Accounting
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office.
• Good communications and interpersonal skill with different level of stakeholders.
