[What you will be doing]
- Lead project planning sessions, including resource planning across teams.
- Plan and coordinate the development of business cases, ensuring projects meet identified business needs and outcomes within agreed parameters of cost, duration, and quality.
- Conduct project reviews and create briefs for management and teams.
- Review and optimise processes and approaches when necessary.
- Involved in the tender process, including design submission and review.
- Ensure proper project documentation in compliance with TP’s policy and procedures, including timely execution of necessary procurement documents for various projects.
- Manage stakeholders, including internal users and vendors.
- Ensure close monitoring of project risks and develop proper risk mitigation plans.
- Identify potential project risks and their implications for the organisation, recommending mitigating measures.
- Assess and apply appropriate project management methodologies, such as Agile practices, to ensure project success.
[What we are looking for]
- Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager in at least 2 full project development life cycles, with at least one using Agile methodology.
- Good knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud-related certifications (advantageous).
- Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key partners.
- Strong vendor management and interpersonal abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform conflict resolution.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities effectively and excels in dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and enterprising personality, with a willingness to pick up new knowledge and take thoughtful risks.
- Motivated by innovation to achieve tangible business outcomes.
