What the role is

We are looking for someone who can think out of the box to curate trending and captivating social media content to promote HR young talent programmes!

What you will be working on

The scope will include but not limited to: • Propose and conceptualise CSA’s social media contents plan to brand CSA as an employer of choice. • Design social media contents for our HR young talent programmes such as scholarship, internship and graduate programme. • Coordinate for sectorial branding campaign initiative by liaising with internal and external stakeholders (eg, various government agencies and internal staff). • Film and produce short clips to showcase the different HR young talent programmmes and CSA culture. • Assist in the organising and execution of outreach events (May be required to work on Saturdays if required).

What we are looking for

• Background in digital communications, digital media design or marketing preferred. • Strong interest and understanding of social media channels and trends (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Facebook.Etc). • Experience in graphic design (Canva) and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) and basic knowledge of social media analytics tools. • Able to perform social media analytics and providing strategic recommendations based on analysed trends. •Excellent writing skills and digital media content creation for social media stories. •Resourceful and creative – able to generate ideas for social media stories If you’re keen, send us your past portfolio for our reference too.
