What the role is

You will be part of MOH’s Branding, Digital and Visual Comms Team, which drives MOH’s public communications efforts such as marketing campaigns and social media content. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

What you will be working on

• Collaborate with and manage external vendors to execute marketing campaigns. • Conceptualise, design, and produce a variety of visual content for digital platforms, e.g. short videos, infographics, posters, photostories, and web banners. This also includes translating key messages into creative visual concepts. • Manage MOH’s digital platforms, i.e. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, X and websites. • Support and advise internal stakeholders on a range of branding, marketing and digital communications matters. • Support other functions within the Division as required.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of communications experience. Ideally in marketing communications and/or digital communications. • Possess strong project and time management skills, as well as a keen eye for details. • Possess a creative mind and ability to conceptualise fresh concepts. • Proficient in video editing and design software, such as CapCut and Canva. • Able to do copywriting and possess a good command of English. Proficiency in a mother tongue language is an advantage. • Able to keep up with changing social media landscape and ride on latest trends. • Able to think clearly & making sound judgements – Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to support the crafting of sound policy recommendations; ability to grasp timelines, operating context, and ground realities. • Able to learn & put skills into action - Possesses the drive and curiosity to learn and apply new skills, knowledge, and new ways of working. • Able to improve & innovate – Ability to seek continual improvements, and to innovate and experiment while managing the risks involved. • Able to work effectively with stakeholders – Ability to mobilise and rally partners and stakeholders towards a collective purpose. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
