You will be part of a tight-knit team responsible for sustaining HDB’s high level of organisational resilience to anticipate, prepare and respond to a wide spectrum of risks, operational disruptions, threats and emergencies

These organisational-wide efforts would comprise risk and incident management, business continuity and other contingency plans. You will have to work with stakeholders within and outside HDB to review, develop and implement effective resilience strategies, digital enablers and emergency preparedness plans. You will organise and administer board-wide/ group events and programmes that support HDB's operational readiness and emergency planning to execute consequence management activities based on different emergency situations. These include the development and improvement of crisis management and business continuity plans, formulation of scenarios/validation checklist and conduct of simulation exercises, after action reviews and trainings/briefings to ensure a high level of organisational preparedness.

You should possess relevant background preferably in Business, Information Technology, or in any other suitable discipline. You are a self-motivated team player, with an inquisitive mind-set, good analytical, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills. Candidates with relevant experience in crisis management / emergency preparedness and business continuity management role or experience in implementing users-centric workflow systems/ Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Automation projects will have an added advantage.
