What the role is

Vendor and Partner Management Section: The Vendor and Partner Management (VPM) team oversees the effective delivery of services and programmes by the Social Service Agencies (SSAs) and vendors under its purview. These programmes and services include the Diversionary and Pre-Family Guidance Programmes. VPM is responsible for maintaining high service and programme standards, effective funding administration and stakeholder engagement. By building a robust relationship with its partners, VPM contributes to the rehabilitation of its youth beneficiaries. Partner Management Team: The Partner Management (PM) team provides case consultation to the SSAs in managing complex cases. Together with its partners, the PM team develops targeted intervention strategies to bring about effective rehabilitation and mitigate risk and safety concerns of its youth beneficiaries. The PM team is also committed to strengthening its partners' professional capabilities through training and learning opportunities, thus ensuring high programme and service standards in the sector. We are looking for dynamic individuals who share our passion in supporting the rehabilitation of our youth beneficiaries, working closely with our community partners in delivering high standards of services and programmes, and building up sector capability.

What you will be working on

The jobholder provides case consultations to its partners on high risk and complex cases. He/she also ensures the relevance of the services and programmes in meeting the needs of the youth beneficiaries and upholds high service and programme standards delivered by its partners through practice audits and capability development. Job Description: • Maintain oversight of high-risk and complex cases and provide consultation to partners where necessary. • Ensure high programme and service standards that meet the needs of beneficiaries through quality assurance audits and reviews • Undertake partner engagement to improve collaboration • Support capability building efforts of partners.

What we are looking for

Qualifications and Experience Required: • At least a degree holder, preferably in Social Work, Psychology or other related Social Sciences. • Previous experience in social service sector, youth offender rehabilitation and/or family work. • Relevant experience in training, practice development and/or partner management Competencies Required: • Strong case management skills • Effective stakeholder engagement skills • Strong problem-solving ability • Result-focused and able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment • Good team player Functional Competencies • Case Management-Engagement, Assessment, and Planning • Professional Practice • Case Management- Intervention, Review and Documentation
