What the role is
What you will be working on
• Stock-take and create inventory lists of gifts (e.g. ornaments, figurine, photo frames, paintings etc) stored at PUB’s offices at Environment Building and Waterhub;
• For gifts to be disposed of, to pack them into boxes;
• Stock-take and create file listings to be sent for digitisation; and
• Liaise with external stakeholders, if required.
What we are looking for
• Meticulous and able to work independently
• Physically fit to lift and transport boxes of documents and gifts
• Conversant in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Work Location
Environment Building (Scotts Road) and WaterHub (Toh Guan)
