Shared Services Management Division (SSMD)
SSMD is part of SSG’s Corporate Development Group (CDG) which manages corporate resources, institutes governance and controls for organisational excellence and rigor in risk management.
SSMD focuses on optimising productivity and efficiency for organisational excellence through strategic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). We plan, drive, and implement strategic outsourcing initiatives to support organisational growth and operational needs. This is done collaboratively with key stakeholders and BPO service partner(s) to ensure smooth delivery of outsourced business processes and services, including facilitation of shared services performance monitoring and reporting.
In addition, SSMD supports and facilitates business process enhancements and innovations for outsourced processes to enhance organisational operational excellence.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Support SSMD in managing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). You will report to the Team Lead and be responsible for the following:
1. Organise meetings, set-up venue, provide secretariat support engagement with stakeholders.
2. Support consolidation and review of BPO performance reports.
3. Provide support in billing matters.
4. Support tracking and monitoring of incidents and issues to ensure timely follow ups and closure by stakeholders.
5. Other tasks as assigned.
What we are looking for
To perform well in this job, you should possess the following:
• Possess the required competencies to execute the job duties proficiently
• Possess good interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships and confidently collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at different seniority levels
• Possess data management and analytical skills, (with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel such as formulas, pivot tables) to prepare, analyse and interpret data and to be able to propose next course of action.
• Able to communicate (write/ present) well.
• Adaptable and resilient personality who is open to feedback and able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment and as business needs evolve.
• Experience in business process outsourcing, operations planning and procurement; and/ or work experience in the public service sector will be advantageous.

About SkillsFuture Singapore
SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Education (MOE). It will drive and coordinate the implementation of the national SkillsFuture movement, promote a culture and holistic system of lifelong learning through the pursuit of skills mastery, and strengthen the ecosystem of quality education and training in Singapore.
SSG will strengthen the adult training infrastructure by taking on all existing functions of the Committee for Private Education (CPE) and guide the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) to enhance the capabilities and professionalism of adult educators. SSG will play a key role in the quality assurance for private education institutions and adult training centres. Together with educational institutions and training partners, SSG will ensure that students and working adults have access to high quality, industry-relevant training throughout life.
