What the role is
What you will be working on
Key responsibilities include the following:
Organisational Development & Corporate Services Management
• Build a strong and positive department culture that is aligned with MOM’s vision through design and execution of internal communications, programmes and activities, including recognition through award nomination of officers who display exemplary service and MOM values.
• Monitor the department’s organisational performance metrics and recommend strategies to achieve department’s goals and targets.
• Ensure effective office administration for the department e.g., stock take of assets, records management, administer regular checks to identify gaps for improvement and ensure alignment with corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guides etc.
• Assist department’s finance and budget matters, including budgeting for expenditures, monitoring and ensuring healthy budget utilisation.
• Assist department’s procurement matters, including contracts management, developing checklist and guides to improve compliance and conducting of internal audit checks to ensure standards.
What we are looking for
Qualifications and Experience:
• A tertiary qualification and possess relevant working experience in customer experience/service delivery work functions, organisational development and corporate services roles.
Personal Attributes, Competencies and Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and other digital or design tools such as Canva will be an advantage.
