In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for overseeing resource planning and support services across the Board.

As a Logistics Manager in CSD, your main roles and responsibilities will involve the following: Resource Planning & Management • Develop and implement strategies to optimise resource allocation, including inventory, supplies, office space and parking facilities • Create and implement guidelines and standard operating procedures for resource management • Oversee access management across facilities • Review and enhance existing IT applications and booking systems • Prepare contract specifications and manage tender evaluation processes • Develop and monitor departmental budgets and forecasts Systems & Process Enhancement • Drive digitalisation initiatives for inventory and resource management processes • Analyse data and trend for performance review and strategic decision-making for inventory and resource planning Compliance & Quality Assurance • Plan and execute regular audits of resources, facilities, and systems to ensure adherence to policies and standards • Prepare reports and implement improvement measures • Review, develop and maintain operational policies and procedures

• Bachelor Degree • Resilient, self-driven and resourceful. • Able to work as an individual and as a team player. • Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as good interpersonal and organisational skills.
