What the role is

As a member of the Plans Team, you will drive strategic planning, corporate planning, and organisational transformation for CSA to support the national cybersecurity of Singapore.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities • Conceptualise and develop strategic and corporate plans for CSA • Develop and maintain work plans and conduct work-planning activities, including CSA’s Leadership Retreat • Develop and operationalise a framework to manage and report CSA’s performance • Develop and implement organisational transformation plans for CSA • Engage internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate strategic and corporate planning • Conduct research on strategic trends in cybersecurity • Perform secretariat duties for regular meetings with senior management

What we are looking for

Requirements • A tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in a similar role in the public sector would be an advantage. • Articulate and strong conceptual abilities • Excellent analytical and writing skills • Enjoys conducting research • Good presentation skills and comfortable with public speaking • Able to work independently, good interpersonal and organisational skills If you share our passion to make a difference in the cybersecurity landscape, take up the challenge and apply now.
