The job holder will be a key member of the ICA Psychology Division, supporting operations through the provision of psychological services and leading initiatives in Organisational Psychology, Mental Wellness, or Operational Psychology. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external Home Team partners to drive impactful psychological interventions and programmes. This is a 2-year contract position.

• Be part of the ICA Psychology Division as a HT psychologist to deliver psychological services supporting ICA operations • Take the lead on new or existing work initiative within Organisational Psychology, Mental Wellness or Operational Psychology domains • Collaborate on inter-agency projects with other Home Team agencies. This can also include being the coordinator with ICA internal stakeholders and external Home Team partners • To be supervised by DD IPS or AD (Organisational Psychology) on work deliverables

• A good first degree in psychology (2nd upper). Having relevant work experience will be an advantage • Good organisational, analytical and planning skills • Good interpersonal and communication skills
