What the role is
What you will be working on
You will:
o Engage and develop partnerships with relevant divisions and agencies to support strategic workstreams and achieve research objectives
o Oversee team’s work across the research process, from scope and design, to fieldwork, analysis and report.
o Supervise preparation of research reports to advise senior management on key policy, programme and communication interventions, ensuring timely updates to senior management.
o Guide officers to curate relevant data to respond to data questions or requests from senior management or stakeholders.
What we are looking for
• At least 6-8 years of research experience and/or 2-3 years in the public sector
• Experience with managing and conducting research projects, with experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Able to use data to make arguments, and translate research findings into insights
• Interest in communications and public policy issues
• Working knowledge of SPSS for data analysis
