The Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) is seeking a motivated intern to join our team in enhancing our data governance and audit portals and developing insightful dashboards for our stakeholders. The intern will play a crucial role in improving the user experience, navigation, and content of our portals, as well as assisting in the creation and maintenance of data visualizations using Tableau.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the CPIB team to understand the requirements, contents, and objectives of the data governance and audit portals.
• Design the navigation, content structure, and overall user experience of the data governance and audit portals to enhance accessibility and usability.
• Develop and implement a visually appealing and intuitive interface for the portals.
• Assist in the design and development of interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
• Contribute to Generative AI projects, providing support in areas such as creating and testing chatbots.
What we are looking for
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Familiar with Tableau and/or Tableau Server for creating data visualizations and dashboards.
• Familiar with UI/UX.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Sharepoint and its functionalities is advantageous.
• Interest or experience in Generative AI is advantageous.

Reporting to the Prime Minister's Office directly, CPIB is the government department responsible for the investigation and prevention of corrupt offences in Singapore, thus ensuring that Singapore remains corrupt-free, contributing to good governance.
