What the role is

The Enterprise Project Office is excited to invite passionate and talented individuals to join our team in developing an innovative localised Generative AI (GenAI) application. This cutting-edge project aims to create an investigation aid for analysing unstructured textual data, contributing to meaningful advancements in the field of AI and public service. As part of this role, you will have the unique opportunity to design and implement an end-to-end pipeline using open-source workflows such as Streamlit and Ollama. What you will be working on

What You Can Look Forward To: • Hands-On Development: Gain valuable experience in deploying and developing applications in Generative AI, with a focus on creating practical solutions for unstructured textual data analysis. • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with business end-users, operations-technology specialists, and data analysts/scientists from CPIB, GovTech, and the MDDI's AI Project. This cross-disciplinary collaboration will provide you with diverse perspectives and insights. • Skill Enhancement: Develop your expertise in Python programming, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs). You will also have the opportunity to explore and experiment with model parameters to optimise performance. • Meaningful Impact: Contribute to a project that directly supports investigative work and decision-making processes, making a tangible difference in the public sector.

About Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau

Reporting to the Prime Minister's Office directly, CPIB is the government department responsible for the investigation and prevention of corrupt offences in Singapore, thus ensuring that Singapore remains corrupt-free, contributing to good governance.
