• Management of personnel files (pfiles) of MDDI personnel. This includes:
a. Review the management of pfiles for MDDI
b. Stocktake of all pfiles and propose follow-up actions to maintain, dispose and archive the respective categories of pfiles.
c. Review and update the standard operating procedure (SOP) for the management of pfiles
d. Plan and operationalise the Digitalisation of pfiles
e. Plan and execute the destruction of pfiles in line with IM
f. Re-organise the pfiles for the ease of retrieval.
• Support the optimisation of HR on/off boarding project and review and update SOPs of the revised process.

• Meticulous, organised and sensitive in keeping to assigned project timelines.
• Creative and confident in managing large set of data and information
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential documents with discretion.
• Familiar and adaptable in using Tech Tools
• Strong in the use of Excel to compile and consolidation information for decision making.
• Patient and reliable as some efforts are required in categorizing the pfiles and organizing them through space optimization.
• Handling and movement of physical pfiles will be required.
