We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will provide administrative support across a wide range of HR functions to ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes. You will also assist in the development and implementation of HR benefits and policies for our staff.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day HR operations including:
- Offboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records and updating the HR system as required
- Support payroll process
- Administration of benefits payments
- Other ad-hoc HR operational duties
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to implement new system requirements and resolve system issues
• Respond to queries from staff
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
What we are looking for
Requirements
• Qualification in Degree/Diploma in Business/Human Resource Management/ Arts and Social Science or equivalent
• Good verbal, writing and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations role
• Experience in using HRP system is beneficial
