As an Executive / Senior Executive in the School of Engineering, you will be a pivotal member of our Continuing Education & Training (CET) team. You will orchestrate the planning, delivery, and continual improvement of CET programmes that upskill working professionals and strengthen industry partnerships. Your work ensures our courses remain industry-relevant, learner-centric, and operationally excellent.

What the role is
What you will be working on
- Liaison with Course Leads to contextualize training materials, plan, and administrate CET programs.
- Account management on CET programs for identified corporate clients.
- Support CET business development in marketing and outreach events.
- Deliver the role of Change Champion for the Skills Training and Enhancement Portal (STEP) in School.
- Manage and maintain CET training facilities and resources.
- Any other projects and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
What we are looking for
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering field and/or training, with a preference for candidates with experience in Engineering and/or training.
- Resourcefulness, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player, driven and possesses a strong customer service mindset.
- Good administrative and organisational ability.
- Analytical and have an eye for detail.
- Comfort in navigating ambiguous situations, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel for data tracking and reporting.
