Estate Manager (Home Ownership Eligibility Planning)

Your responsibilities include developing, administering, and reviewing systems and e-services, to support operational efficiency and drive customer service excellence. You will be involved in planning, formulating, and implementing new business IT solutions, as well as enhancing the existing portal and systems, to support the implementation of new/ revised policies, digital initiatives and streamlined flat purchase processes and procedures. During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a Customer Relations Manager, to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats and facilitate home ownership. You will be involved in assessing applicants’ eligibility to buy a new/resale HDB flat, receive CPF housing grants and take an HDB housing loan, providing guidance towards informed housing and prudent financing decisions or processing of the sale or resale transactions of HDB flats. You will assess and respond to appeals from customers who deviate from the eligibility conditions to buy an HDB flat, prepare case reports and draft submissions for management’s consideration for deserving cases. Your duties also include the day-to-day liaison with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies.

You should possess critical thinking and analytical skills, have good organisational and project management skills, and be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You should also possess a customer-service mindset and the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels. Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
