What the role is

We are seeking a dynamic team player to develop and implement workplace strategies related to sustainability, space allocation, corporate services processes, business continuity planning and employee appreciation.

What you will be working on

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to workplace experience and employee engagement. • Develop and maintain workplace policies related to flexible work, sustainability, employee appreciation, and service delivery of corporate services. • Lead and transform corporate processes and operations with use of digital and AI tools. • Develop and maintain organisation’s business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless services delivery

What we are looking for

• At least 4-6 years of supervisory experience • Strong track record in operations management, process improvement, and sustainability practices. • Have experience in implementing digital solutions and managing projects • Proven ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills The individual should possess the following attributes: • Strong adaptability and openness to embrace new technologies • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Clear and effective communication skills • Collaborative mindset and strong team leadership abilities • Passion for sustainability and workplace innovation Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
